City of Dreams
Filled with crystal stones
Emeralds and Rubies
A place where humanity wishes to be.
Greenery surrounding the entire city
Birds chirping and tall buildings
Fixed with clear glasses.
The window panes filled
With drops from yesterday's
Powerful rain.
Yet, the city of dreams
Stands erect and majestic
Spreading an awe from its spectator.
The man awoke and trembled
With pricking agony
As the bright light was unbearable.
The soaring heat
Overshadowed the city
Not to mention, it glimmered.
Ha! What a sight!
Yet, not good for the naked eye
Oh! How wonderful it is.
City of Dreams
Is unique and glittering
In the scorching Sun.
